ore than 800 spectators gathered around a river in St. Petersburg Russia to watch a group of contestants compete in the annual Bubble Babba race.
The challenge: climb over the train tracks, hustle through the forest path, and make it into the city river — all while carrying an inflatable sex doll.
Event organizers cheered this year’s slogan, “A sex doll as a means of transportation!” and reported that at the end of the race, more than a few dolls were lost to the cold rapids and stiffly floated downstream. (Don’t get any ideas, Tempe Town Lake.)
