Circus Mexicus just kicked things up a bit.
Okay, terrible puns aside, the soccer tournament Roger Clyne and the Peacemakers have scheduled for this year’s big drunken party in Rocky Point seems like a good idea. The World Cup will be going on at the same time, which is what inspired the event. Details are still a little fuzzy, but Clyne’s tournament will take place on the Saturday of the circus at a park in Mexico. Eight people per team, $20 a head, and you get a shirt and a free drink.
If you like soccer and you like Roger Clyne (I like Clyne, at least) this should be a pretty awesome weekend.
