In case you missed it, Republican state Representative John Kavanagh wants voters to now vote to repeal Arizona’s medical-marijuana law, which voters approved in 2010.
Kavanagh submitted legislation that would put medical marijuana back on the ballot, in 2014.

Kavanagh told reporter Howie Fischer that the reports of about 2 percent of teenagers had obtained marijuana from prescription-pot card-holders was the “last straw” for him on the medical-marijuana front.
He also told the Arizona Republic that he wanted to let voters “rethink a decision they made on faulty — and absent –information.”
