Joe Arpaio: “What’s This ‘Transparency’ Thing?” Self-Proclaimed “Toughest Sheriff” Yucks it Up With Conservatives *VIDEO*

America’s self-proclaimed “toughest sheriff” spoke at the Conservative Leadership Conference/Joe Arpaio Comedy Hour in Las Vegas over the weekend, where he had the conservative crowd in stitches as he yucked it up about how he’d never heard of that pesky concept of “transparency” in government until three years ago.

We’re gonna go ahead and take his word for it.

We’ll help the aging law dog out on this one: “Transparency” is when you run a government agency and allow those funding it (taxpayers) to see what you’re up to — which isn’t exactly one of Arpaio’s strong points.
