A card dealer at an “illegal poker room” in Scottsdale was found guilty last week of gambling-related charges, one of five people in legal trouble over the business.
Dealer Brian Sitko, who was also employed at Casino Arizona when he was arrested earlier this year, was convicted of benefiting from gambling and possession of gambling devices. He was sentenced to probation and a fine by a Scottsdale judge, says a statement released today by the Arizona Department of Gaming.
“Deal Me In,” located at 7607 East McDowell Road, is a “full service Casino and party supply store,” according to its MySpace page. It also offers:

Gaming department officials and Scottsdale police investigated the place, developing info that led to the charges of six people.
Club owner Marc Adreani’s trial is scheduled for September.
We reached Adreani this evening at the club’s phone number, but he didn’t want to talk about the case or even say whether the club was still open.
“Obviously, I want a positive outcome,” he says.
We wouldn’t bet on it.
