A racist, Arizona City “juggalo” — who claims to be studying for a Ph.D in “scratching balls” — was arrested yesterday after admitting to molesting a 16-year-old special needs girl.
Timothy Lowe, 22, was booked into Pinal County Jail on three counts of sexual exploitation of a minor and one count of child molestation after admitting to a sexual relationship with the girl — and others.
According to the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office, on July 1, the girl’s parents called police because they suspected their daughter was exchanging nude photos with Lowe over Facebook.
The girl denied the relationship, but her parents gave police permission to access her Facebook and personal email accounts.

Detectives found the nude images of the girl, as well as images sent from Lowe.
After detectives found the images, the girl admitted to the relationship with Lowe. She told police she met him through a friend and that they talked about sex and exchanged nude photos. She also told police Lowe had touched her “private areas.”
Lowe, who lives with his parents, was taken into custody at their home yesterday. He admitted to convincing the girl to send him nude photos and touching her inappropriately on two separate occasions. He said he’d planned on having sex with her the day her parents found out about the photos.
Lowe also admitted to having Facebook relationships with two other underage girls.
Additionally, Lowe says that when he was 15, while living in California, he was arrested for molesting two girls — a 6-year-old and a 10-year-old.
Lowe, based on his Facebook page, which can be viewed here, is a bit of a maniac. He’s apparently a “juggalo” (someone who dresses up like members of the band Insane Clown Posse), and apparently is a bit of a gun nut.
