A 17-year-old Mexican kid seems to be heeding that advice — he was caught trying to smuggle weed into the United States twice in just five days.
On Sunday night, border agents spotted the kid riding his bike by the Colorado River near Yuma.
The kid, agents say, crossed into the country illegally.

Agents followed the bike tracks until they found the unidentified teen hiding in some brush near the river.
The agents took the kid into custody and seized a backpack he was carrying. In the bag: 30 pounds of weed worth an estimated street value of $24,000.
After arresting the teen, agents realized he was a bit of a repeat customer.
Agents say the same teen was arrested last week for doing basically the same thing.
In last weeks bust, the kid got pinched carrying about 30 pounds of weed over the border illegally.
After Sunday’s arrest, agents turned over both the kid and the weed to the Yuma County Narcotics Task Force.
