If you think you recognize the face pictured above, call police — a guy who looks a lot like the above illustration apparently tried to abduct a 13-year-old girl in Chandler yesterday.
According to the Chandler Police Department, the 13-year-old girl was nearly abducted by an unknown suspect in her neighborhood yesterday morning.
The girl was walking down Hartford Street just south of Shannon Street in Chandler when a man got out of his vehicle and approached her.
The girl told police the suspect grabbed her by the hair and tried to drag her back to his car. Fortunately, she was able to free herself and run home.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male in his 20s. He’s about 5-foot-9, 150 pounds, with short dark hair and a light mustache or goatee. He was last seen wearing a short sleeve black shirt, black pants and black work boots.
The suspect was seen fleeing the scene in an older model brown sedan with tinted windows.
