Congratulations to the New Times reader known as HermanKain, you’ve won this week’s New Times You Write the Caption contest.
On Monday, we asked readers to write their own caption for the photo above, a self-portrait of Pinal County Sheriff Paul “studboi1” Babeu, which accompanied the New Times story Friday that detailed abuse-of-power allegations against the sheriff made by his ex-boyfriend.
We picked the five best captions, and put those up for a popular vote.
