Going to a BroLoaf show is like nothing else you can experience around Phoenix. A BroLoaf show is like a full contact sport, complete with all of the free beer and barbecue you can eat. Really, it’s a win-win for everyone, unless you get pulled over on your way home and have to explain to the police why you’re covered in confetti and reek of Pabst Blue Ribbon.
BroLoaf stormed the stage at the Yucca Tap Room for the sixth consecutive year for its annual Patriotic Meltdown. This year was bigger than ever, thanks to vocalist Junior Junior Junior crossdressing and entering the stage in a little black dress filled out with a new pair of boobs (care of a couple of balloons), and chatted up Lady Liberty. Miss Junior and Lady Liberty hit it off quite well, and Mother Nature apparently snorted too much cocaine with the rest of the band, because Lady Junior ended up pregnant. She dangled the fetus above the crowd like something you would see at a GWAR show.
The rest of the show included many of the shenanigans one would expect at a BroLoaf show — motocross bros, beer bongs, fierce cheerleaders, and Captain America saving the day. Did we mention beer? There really was no shortage of PBR.

BroLoaf’s cheerleaders expanded their horizons a bit with a new recruit who had a pretty sweet beard.
As usual, BroLoaf partied until 2 a.m. sharp and absolutely trashed Yucca Tap Room. It’s par for the course, really, but when’s the last time you can say you went to a show and partied so hard that you got knocked up by the Statue of Liberty?
