Tea & Toast Co. at DeSoto Central Market in downtown Phoenix doesn’t take the term “latte art” lightly. The baristas at this coffee and tea counter create Instagram-worthy images out of nothing but milk foam atop customers’ drinks — and we’re not just talking about flowers. We’ve spotted everything from pineapples to pandas on the top of Tea & Toast Co.’s drinks.
