Ian McIntosh, a 27-year-old Buckeye resident, shoved a mentally handicapped man off his bicycle and stole his iPad, according to police.
McIntosh also threw a beer can at the man before shoving him, breaking his glasses and trying to punch the man while he was lying on the ground, according to court documents obtained by New Times.
The man called police after the assault, and the reporting officer saw his broken glasses and skinned-up hands. A witness also told police he saw McIntosh push the man off his bicycle.
The witness said the man was just riding his bike down the street when McIntosh tossed the beer can at the victim, before shoving him off his bike, according to the documents.

McIntosh then threatened to beat up the man, tried to punch him while he was lying on the ground, but the witness stepped in and stopped it, the documents state.
The iPad was found in McIntosh’s garage, and the screen broke, apparently after McIntosh allegedly shoved the man off his bicycle.
McIntosh, who has prior arrests for drug possession and DUI, has worked at a Fry’s grocery store for the past three years, according to his Facebook.
McIntosh did not respond to a Facebook message we sent last week, asking why he shoved a mentally handicapped man off his bike.
McIntosh was booked on a felony robbery charge, as well as misdemeanor charges of assault and criminal damage.
