Bringing together two of our favorite things — music and beer — Zia Records and Dogfish Head Brewery are teaming up for a night of both during their second annual charity dinner and silent auction. Doubling as a pre-party for Record Store Day, the event is set for 5 p.m. Saturday, April 9, at Brat Haus in Scottsdale.
Along with a four-course dinner with Dogfish Head-inspired dishes and pairings, the charity dinner will feature a silent auction with proceeds benefiting the Arizona Cancer Foundation for Children. Attendees will be able to bid on exclusive vinyl record test pressings, concert tickets, a staycation package at the Marriott Moxy lifestyle hotel in Tempe, a Dogfish Head turntable, and other items. All guests will leave with a Music to Drink Beer To sampler CD and exclusive Dogfish Head Record Store Day 2016 poster.
Tickets cost $33 and can be purchased in person at any of Zia Records’ four Valley locations or online at the Zia Records website. The event is reserved for those 21 years and older.
