If you’re heading to the Maricopa County Home & Garden Show this weekend, we’ve got a couple stops to add to your itinerary.
Ted Allen, host of the Food Network’s hit reality cooking show Chopped, will be doing free meet-and-greets for home show guests on April 29 and 30 from 1 to 2 p.m.
Allen will also be hosting the Secret Ingredient Cooking Challenge on those days, starting at noon. The challenge will pit local chefs John Chambers and John Collura against one another to see who can create the best dish using only secret, Arizona-based ingredients.
The Maricopa County Home & Garden Show will take place April 28 through 30 at the Arizona State Fairgrounds.
