Take a look at the upcoming schedule for the Mesa Arts Center, and there are enough events to make your head explode. Instead, make your choice of what to check out a little easier by getting acquainted with one of the Valley’s richest cultural institutions at the Mesa Arts Center Season Kick-Off Party, where there will be a little bit of everything to look forward to.
It’s one of the MACs biggest celebrations of the year, as the all-ages party includes food and arts vendors, a Native American marketplace, and music by the R. Carlos Nakai Trio. To get an up-close-and-personal look at art in action, the on-site art studios will be open so you can see the creation process first-hand. The party also marks the end of a month-long closure of Mesa Contemporary Arts, which means attendees will be the first people to see the brand spanking new exhibitions.
