The chase is invariably better than the catch. For instance, the downtrodden Phoenix Suns are currently striving to make the upcoming NBA playoffs by any means necessary, despite the fact that they’ve dropped the ball most of this season. Even if Planet Orange somehow secures a postseason slot, chances are good some top-seeded team will wind up destroying ’em anyway.

Before that happens, the Suns will have to contend with the Orlando Magic.
