If you missed the debut of PEDAL CRAFT PHX, there’s no need for despair; the celebration of local bicycle and design culture will be back at Kitchen Sink Studios this Friday, May 4.
And while you (not-so-patiently) await First Friday, you can check out the collection of posters designed by Jon Garza, Kris Olman, Jon Ashcroft, Lindsay Kinkade, and Sarah Thomas (to name a few) online at the PEDAL CRAFT PHX page and snag a few while they’re still in stock.
Each design is printed with acid-free ink on archival paper, is an edition of 20, is signed by the designer, and is up for grabs for $20. A percentage of the poster sales will go toward funding a temporary park at the vacant Ro2 Lot at 1005 North Second Street.
Also on view this Friday will be “TRAIL MIX”, a photography exhibition by Michelle Browne in Kitchen Sink Studios along with live music by local singer-songwriter Elizabeth McGovern and the band Dynamite the Liberator.
Will you step up to support New Times this year?
We’re aiming to raise $30,000 by December 31, so we can continue covering what matters most to you. If New Times matters to you, please take action and contribute today, so when news happens, our reporters can be there.
Kitchen Sink Studios will be open and free to the public from 6 to 10 p.m.. For more info, visit the PEDAL CRAFT PHX Facebook event page.
