Brazil is known for Carnaval, capoeira, samba, and popularizing a full-on nether regions wax job. The country hosts the World Cup in 2014, and before everyone else goes crazy for that sizzling country to the south, Arizonans can get ahead of the game with some cultural immersion at Brasil Fest 2011 at the Music Instrument Museum.
“Brazil has a heartbeat,” says event coordinator Ashley Klein. “This must be felt to be understood, and Brasil Fest offers Arizona this opportunity – a momentary bridge between worlds, broadening our cultural experience here in the Valley.”
