It’s the day after New Year’s Day. If you happen to be older than 25, you’re probably still hungover, so what you need is some great grub. No worries because all you have to do is indulge in the Sapna Cafe Brunch. The homely spot at 1301 Grand Avenue offers a fabulous service featuring weekly standards like pumpkin pancakes (slathered with sweet cream cheese, sprinkled with walnuts, and drizzled with a sweet honey sauce) and zucchini fritters with delicious spicy tomato sauce. If neither of those strikes your fancy, you’re bound to find something else on the often improvised brunch menu. Oh, and as if all that tremendously tasty food isn’t enough, the cafe allows you to BYOB for the hair-of-the-dog treatment of your choice.
