The premise of the “equine ballet” is pretty touchy-feely — it’s billed as an “homage to the poignant history and fascinating bond between human beings and horses” — and it’s held in one of those big-ass tents in Scottsdale that screams “tourist trap.” Still, if you’re a lover of horseflesh, the show’s stable of Lusitanian stallions makes the acrobatics, pretentious theatrics, and snowbirds almost palatable.
