Olympic fever is this close to totally saturating your daily lives, and, instead of sitting on the couch (obligatory ice cream and/or potato chips in hand) musing about how fast the track and field squad can move, follow in the marathoner footsteps of ASU grad and team USA runner Desiree Davila. In other words: Get off your butt and run around a little.
Arizona Road Racers Summer Series offers up a chance to do that, with its fourth 5K on Saturday, July 14. Participants can run or walk the course starting at 6:30 a.m. at Tempe’s Kiwanis Park. Race results can be counted toward ARR Grand Prix scores.
