Legendary funk-rock band WAR will headline this two-day extravaganza taking place smack dab in the middle of downtown Phoenix during Cinco weekend. A five-block stretch of Jefferson Street will transform into a massive fiesta featuring a variety of vendors and such family fun and activities as product sampling, ballet folklorico performances, games, live music, and more.
