The jackasses of, well, Jackass ushered in an era in which any group of snot-nosed punks with a video camera would crack a skull or take a nut-shot just to entertain us. That was cool for a bit, but somewhere deep inside us was a yearning for a professionally presented peek into the house of pain.
The Invisible Man Corporation cometh to Trunk Space to step up the theatricality and wonder of incredible feats of human endurance and nonsense. The traveling sideshow originates from New York’s Hudson Valley, but has traveled all over the country, spreading its zeal for vaudevillian shenanigans that include fire-breathing, knife-throwing, and walking on glass. The IMC will rock the classic sideshow stunts, but it’s the accompaniment by a sweet handlebar mustache that makes the difference.
