As we speak, there are people all over the world preparing for a marathon – one that will require determination, wrist strength, and caffeine. Lots of caffeine.
These brave folks will be tackling the 24 Hour Comics Day Challenge, meaning they will create a 24-page comic book in 24 hours. The idea is to promote comic-book art and apparently prove that there is no better catalyst for creativity than last-minute panic. Phoenix’s event includes a contingent from Tiny Army, an artists’ network that boasts assorted scribblers from across the state.
