A celebrity chef is coming to town, but he won’t be at a resort or a highfalutin restaurant opening or a book signing. You’ll find him at the drag strip at Firebird International Raceway. The Racing Chef) will be whipping up dishes such as spicy orzo with mustard greens and pinto beans, poached salmon with sautéed morels, and rhubarb quesadillas in his tricked-out gourmet mobile kitchen. So check out Team Jegs’ personal chef and the baddest kitchen on wheels during the Lucas Slick Mist NHRA Nationals (formerly the NHRA Arizona Nationals), featuring notable racers such as John Force, Brandon Bernstein, Larry Dixon, and Tony Schumacher.
