You don’t have to mosey all the way down to the bayou to enjoy lobster’s little cousin; just bring your hearty appetite to the Great Cajun Crawfish Boil.

The AZ Crawfish Company is warming up the boiling pots and shipping in loads of crustaceous critters to prepare fresh on site. Local Cajun restaurants including Baby Kay’s Cajun Kitchen and Flavors of Louisiana will be there to supply the necessary Southern sides, such as dirty rice and beans, green olive coleslaw, fried pickles, and bread pudding. Local DJ’s will serve up the sounds of N’awlins, and there will be bounce houses and sports activities for the kiddies. Though the crawfish boil is billed as a family event, we promise you don’t have to like your family to attend – especially if your relatives hail from Deliverance country.
