If you can stomach three hours of unlimited ice cream, pizza, and the kickass moves of four turtles who happen to be underage ninjas, you’re invited to The Royale on November 18.
The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles fan-fest, hosted by Cult Classics and Zia Records, will feature 1990 live-action cartoon will be on the big screen (as organizers say it was “meant to be seen!”) with episodes followed by retro trailers and clips of Michaelangelo, Donatello, Raphael and Leonardo in their age-old battles against The Shredder.
Local artist Victor Moreno, who coordinates the theater’s rotating local artwork, will be selling his own limited-edition, original art prints and cartoon sketches art during the party.
General admission tickets are $10 and include pizza. VIP tickets are $20 and include pizza and a Moreno print. Both can be purchased online.
The screening kicks off at 9 p.m. and runs until midnight at the Royale, 108 W. Main Street in Mesa. Check out the Royale website for more information.
