Maybe we’ve consumed too much haterade here at Night & Day, but for whatever reason, we aren’t super into the whole New Year’s resolution fad. Personally, we don’t believe that the calendar needs to read January 1 before attempting to accomplish new and outside-of-ourselves things. For example, if we’re feeling like Flabio in March, then we’re going to run until we puke in March. Why wait, y’all?
If you’re committed to fitness in ’09, or if you’re only going to get off your duff once this year, New Year Revolution is the thing to do. Mountain bikers of any level can choose from two different trails, ranging from 50 to 100 miles in length, to start off the New Year all healthy. And though the distance may sound like a major bugger, imagine how proud you’ll feel that you did at least one thing different and exercise-y this year.
