The inaugural showing in the monthly film fest is this documentary about “actionable solutions” to the problems confronting our food chain. The film by ana Sofia joanes (yes, she really spells it that way) focuses on urban farmer/activist Will Allen (pictured), sustainable farmer/entrepreneur Joel Salatin of The Omnivore’s Dilemma fame, and supermarket owner David Ball.
