If laughter truly is the best medicine, then the people going to see Christian Finnegan perform at Stand Up Live may as well be suffering from life-threatening conditions. Otherwise, all the comedian’s good work will have gone to waste. You see, he’s put a lot of work into being funny (like in that paraphrased joke of his above).
He’s appeared all over TV. Currently you can catch him on the TBS sitcom Are We There Yet? and on VH1’s Best Week Ever. He’s also worked on shows like Comedy Central’s Premium Blend, Chappelle’s Show, The Today Show, and The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson. Good for him for finding success, because “Finnegan” isn’t a genius-sounding name. No one ever says Finnegan in an academic context. It’s always something like, “Dude, what happened to your carpet?” “…Fucking Finnegan.”
