Everyone knows that you don’t need a specific reason to party in Lake Havasu. Still, it’s nice to have an inkling of a plan when rallying the troops for the three-hour road trip to our fair state’s western edge. On Saturday, April 14, the NASCAR K&N Pro Series West is the reason for the season.

The competition serves as the regional touring series for young upstarts to garner checkered flags before making the leap into the big waters of NASCAR’s national touring series. One driver looking to make his mark is 20-year-old Austin Dyne, who makes his debut this weekend.
