Two of the three suites in the building owned by Ashley Harder of Harder Development are available immediately. Harder says she has one of the three suites in the building leased.

The 1,000 sq ft spaces have C-2 zoning, Certificates of Occupancy for Retail or Office, and would be ideal for a gallery, artist studio, creative office, or retail, according to Harder. The spaces have concrete flooring, exposed block walls, and 12ft ceilings.

And she’s leasing them each for $1200 per month.

Harder, who’s a local arts advocate and local developer, transformed the building last year — and organized a pretty sweet mural for the back wall a few weeks ago.
