Phoenix Mayor Phil Gordon does it with tons of free food. Mayor G will talk about the changes in store for our city, including the timeline for downtown’s massive CityScape development, against a backdrop of live music, shopping, and free grub provided by local restaurants during Dining in the Streets: A Taste of Downtown Phoenix. Hopefully, Gordon will bear good news about the local economy — but if anything’s hard to swallow, at least you’ll have free drinks to wash it down.
