No honey, it’s not the Super Bowl (although nothing against packing steel), but rather the Miss Gay Arizona USofA and Miss Gay Arizona USofA Classic, a double-crowning affair that’s team hosted by smoky-eyed Tajma Hall and acerbic beauty Barbara Seville.
New Times asked pageant promoter and BS West owner Mike Fornelli what qualities make a winner, and he says that they’re “open to advice.” We think tight lip-synching, smacking it up in a glittery evening gown, and keeping the wig glued on are important.
