Every be-freckled Irish lad and lassie will be strutting down 3rd Street in downtown Phoenix on Saturday, March 12, for the 28th annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Faire. The Valley’s finest Irish and Irish enthusiasts will take to the streets with marching bands, step dancers, bagpipers, and more.
