Midnite Movie Mamacita presents this pair of early 21st-century “double-header duds.” The first is a 2003 Tennessee Williams homage gone horribly awry from director Tommy Wiseau that the Mamacita smart-assedly terms “Floor Plan 9 From Outer Space.” She describes the latter flick, a 2002 bottom-feeder about 19 million-year-old sea beast that wreaks havoc at a resort, as “the Moby Dick of cheesy piscean predator cinema.”
