$10,000

This October, skip the haunted house tour in favor of exploring downtown urban lofts and Craftsman-style bungalows on the first “Interesting Interiors” tour in the Evans Churchill neighborhood.

The one-day tour will give locals and visitors sneak peeks inside more than a dozen residences, businesses, and landmarks between Fillmore Street, Interstate 10, Central Avenue and Seventh Street.

Evans Churchill is one of four Roosevelt Row neighborhoods in downtown Phoenix, and the tour coincides with the Food Truck Festival on Roosevelt Street.

The tour is self-guided and can be navigated by foot, shuttle, or bike. Maps will be available upon ticket purchase.

Sat., Oct. 22, 10 a.m.-4 p.m., 2011
