Icon Sports Club might be able to help with that. The adult intramural social club is inviting men and women 21 and over to step up to the plate, onto field, and near the net as it accepts new players for the fall season.

Registration is currently open for kickball, sand volleyball, softball, soccer, sloshball, dodgeball, and ultimate frisbee. While Icon Sports does allow applicants to register entire teams, interested members can also opt to sign up with a small group of friends or as a free agent and let Icon Sports place them with a team.
Registration fees for individual players range from $20 to $50 or $175 to $525 for teams depending on the sport. Since this is a co-ed organization, teams must maintain a certain ratio of men to women, which also varies per sport.
Skill levels range anywhere between “I’m just here for the beer” and “the Cardinals might be calling any day,” and most sports include some form of post-game happy hour. For more information and a full look at the fall schedule, visit www.iconsportsclub.com.
