Kind of a Drag

This August, supporters of LGBTQ equality will embark on a pilgrimage across the state to raise awareness about unequal civil rights. While that’s a more than worthy cause, don’t think it signifies that the local queer scene has forgotten how to party.

The Valley’s own order of in-drag nuns, a.k.a. The Grand Canyon Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, will team up with community organization HERO, and Pat O’s Bunkhouse to raise money for The Arizona Walk for Equality by throwing one helluva raunchfest, dubbed Percy’s Pervy Porn Party, complete with a booty shakin’ contest, naughty raffle, and the establishment’s famous puddin’ shots.
