$10,000

On New Year’s Eve, it’s perfectly acceptable to get wasted and kiss anyone you find attractive, so long as you can keep your beer goggles (relatively) in check. It’s a celebration of excess and indulgence that’s best spent with wild company.

The Rock embraces this concept with Barbra’s Rockin’ New Year, a bash hosted by one of the Valley’s most revered drag queens, Barbra Seville.

Mike Jacobs, part owner of the drag establishment says that Barbra’s show has a Vegas feel that keeps patrons coming back on the regular.

Barbra will ring in the New Year with her lip-syncing prowess, a midnight champagne toast, and a balloon drop with cash prizes.

Sat., Dec. 31, 8 p.m., 2011
