We assert that the word “lecture” gets a bum rap. For too long, it’s been unjustly associated with stuffy professors droning on about the specifics of topics like “Who the Eff Cares?,” “This Is Boring,” and “Get Me the Hell Out of Here.”
Phoenix Art Museum is breathing new life into the lecture with a talk that covers an interesting (yes, you can believe it) topic.
“Very Vintage” features none other than Robert Black, the man who created the Southwest’s top modeling biz Ford/Robert Black Agency. The man of fashion covers a bit of the industry’s history and gushes about his love for collecting and wearing vintage threads.
