Looks like Sundays in Phoenix are getting a little spicier.
Local mixologists and favorite cocktail gurus Jason Asher and Casey Wallin are back behind the bar at Mabel’s on Main with a weekly event for all lovers of vintage drinks and funky vinyl records.
Mabel’s kicks off its weekly Sunday evening event on May 22 at 5 p.m. with three vintage-inspired cocktails and one classic punch — all with fresh fruits, herbs and spices, and homemade tinctures and bitters.
The duo will kick things off this Sunday with fellow mixologist Eric Carfagnini of Culinary Dropout, who’ll be mixing and muddling from 7 to 9 p.m. to the sounds of D.J. Smite, who will be spinning the vinyl and keeping the atmosphere cool.
