Purveyor of tomboyish wearables and choice denim Madewell is coming to Kierland Commons outdoor shopping center in Scottsdale. It will be the J. Crew subsidiary’s second location in Arizona. The first is located inside Scottsdale Fashion Square.

Madewell will open at Kierland at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, April 21, nearby Michael Kors and Anthropologie. The first 25 people to come to the store will receive gift cards.
The womenswear shop will throw an opening party that evening from 7 to 9 p.m., complete with champagne, snacks, and a DJ in the mix. With any purchase, shoppers will receive a complimentary tote bag emblazoned with the brand’s latest go-to phrase: Bien Fait.
