Part orange juice, part ginger, Rice Paper’s cocktail menu favorite is a self-described way to “stay healthy” — with a good dose of vodka.

Ingredients:
– 1 tsp chopped ginger- 1 oz. Sky Ginger Vodka- Splash of orange juice and simple syrup (to fill the glass)- Simple Syrup (to taste)
Method– Stir, don’t shake. – Garnish with one orange wheel
