In Flux: Cycle 3 Tour, 6/22/13 What better way is there to explore the local art and culture around metro Phoenix than on an air-conditioned bus? This year’s In Flux tour featured 13 temporary installations across seven Valley cities. Starting and ending at the Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts, this tour took you all over the valley from Phoenix to Goodyear, exploring different galleries and local art spots.
