Roosevelt/Grand remains the undisputed kahuna of the Phoenix arts, but the First Fridays concept has started seeping out of downtown like a stream of bubbling goo in recent years. One of the places the sticky stuff stuck is the charming if long-suffering stretch of Seventh Avenue called “The Curve” (and/or Phoenix Melrose District).
