Suburban Commando is the greatest movie of all time. Don’t believe us? Then name another motion picture that can top the Hulk Hogan classic in terms of pure entertainment value. You see, the flick can be enjoyed as a legitimately good family film, yet for anybody falling outside of that demographic, the movie can still be ironically enjoyed for Hogan’s terrible acting.
When you’re deciding what to do this weekend, consider the Suburban Commando of social activities known as the NAPA Auto Parts Monster Truck Nationals and IHBA Lakefest. Even if you suffer from some deficiency that keeps you from enjoying souped-up boat racing and watching monster trucks such as Bounty Hunter, Bigfoot, Avenger, and Brutus crush the shit out of regular trucks, you’re almost guaranteed to be the sort of person to ironically enjoy the spectacle.
The redneck explosion on water goes off from Friday, April 24, through Sunday, April 26, while the monster trucking happens on Saturday and Sunday.
