What happens when you give a chef free reign to make whatever he wants for one special meal event? Well, that’s exactly what Crudo’s Blank Space dinner series intends to find out. This month, Bourbon Steak’s Chris Curtiss will be crafting a no-holds-barred dinner testing his culinary creativity — and all you have to do is sit back and trust that he’ll make something exciting.

Chef Chris Curtiss’ Blank Space dinner will be exploring delicious new territory on Monday, December 1, at Crudo, 3603 East Indian School Road. The 6 p.m. dinner is $75 per person with wine and cocktail pairings. You can make reservations by calling 602-358-8666.
