What are the necessary ingredients for an off-the-hook party anthem? Looking at some of the greats — from LL Cool J’s “Going Back to Cali’s” to Lil’ Wayne’s “Lollipop” — it’s gotta have infectious hooks, plus gratuitous references to alcohol, bling, the choicest bits of the female anatomy, and the desire to keep that mutha going all night long. By these standards, LMFAO and its hit “I’m In Miami, Bitch” should keep Martini Ranch poppin’ until the wee hours when the Hollywood electro hip-hop duo visits on Saturday, July 18. Peep this lyrical sample, son:

“It’s mornin’ time and the girls still there/They lying naked with some asses in the air/Anna wants it bad she’s got some big kahunas/But I say I’ll be back gotta get some more Coronas.”

The neon-clad duo of Sky Blu and Red Foo have been instigating fetes and fiestas across the L.A. club landscape for the past few years, and are sure to get the PHX’s scenester kids and hip-hop fans bumpin’. The Valley’s own partylicious electro duo Silver Medallion opens the all-ages show along with DJs Epidemic and Jared Alan.
