Whatever. Dude has never ridden his or her two-wheeled apparatus in Tempe south of U.S. 60, where some of the paths can honestly accommodate small cars. If you don’t believe it, then be proved wrong during the 14th annual Tour de Tempe, a 12- to 14-mile community bike ride that starts and ends at Kiwanis Park.
